Did you know it’s National “Take A Hike” day? This time of year a walk in the woods is a feast for the eyes. The colorful foliage in every shade you can imagine looks amazing! If you’re lucky you might just catch a glimpse of some wildlife too! This Graceful Stag die surrounded by all the beautiful colors of nature seemed like just the thing for Take A Hike day! I started with a panel of cardstock that was just a little bit bigger than the window opening of the die cut. I […]
It’s Tobi here, and today I’m sharing a little treat bag! It’s fun to switch up projects instead of cards-cards-cards. I find it boosts my creativity when I create “projects” and it inspires me to think out of the box. This is a simple little treat bag that would be perfect for a teacher, cat-lover, or anyone who needs a kind word! I punched holes right through the bag so the contents would stay in. The twines look so pretty!!
Hi there! It’s Tifany here from Ink Blots by TRD and if you’ve been around my blog lately, you know that one of my favorite “crafts” is Bible art/journaling. Once I had the points completed, I got out my stamps and ink. I stamped each stick with a single large letter (for example: ‘r’ for rosemary), but you could easily stamp a whole […]
Happy Leap Day Everyone: Anita here posting today on this Leap Day. I am done with winter and am thinking ahead to spring. I was lucky enough to receive some wonderful Deco Foil from Therm-o-web. I had won a laminator at a recent crop so was able to create this project so easily. I bought the candle at the dollar store and used lots of lovely The Twinery twine to highlight the foil designs. I finished it off with some Doodlebug jewels. Here are some close up photos of the top and the bottom. […]
