Love, Joy, & Peace Tags

Hello!!  This is Amy here to share a little bit of Christmas in July with you today.  I made some tags with some non-traditional colors but with a wonderful theme and some yummy bakers twine from The Twinery….check them out…… I used my Cricut Explore to cut the tags and images and then some Buttercream and Shore bakers twine.  Here is a closer look at one of the tags…. I created six of these tags to add to gifts for the Christmas season.  With as busy as it gets at that time of the year, […]

Tis the Season

It’s Christmas in July here at the Twinery!  We’re showing projects this week to help you get a jump start on your holiday decorating!  I’m primarily a card maker so I need extra time to get one made for everyone on my list.  I love Twinery Twine too!  It is the perfect embellishment for taking things to the next level and adding lots of “oooooh” factor!  Everyone loves a shaker card – this is a twist on the idea.  Instead of creating a pocket to fill with sparkles, I created a panel of colorful Twinery Twine […]

1-2-3-4 Whipped Body Butter

Hello! It’s Tifany here from Ink Blots by TRD. ‘Tis the season for homemade gifts and today I wanted to share with you this easy homemade whipped body butter, packaged in a cute little mason jar that is tucked inside a handmade box. I gathered a few basic ingredients and went to […]

Santa Card Set

Hello Everyone: For those of you who celebrate Christmas I made a set of cards and a gift box to hold them in.  I just love Christmas and Santa is a hero of mine.  I love the way that you can use The Twinery twine to highlight and just elevate your project to the next level.  I used five different Silhouette cut files for this project and am loving how this set came out.  Here are the cards one at a time and the box.   I used some Maraschino twine to make a simple […]

Twinery Gift Ornaments

If there is one gift I love to give for the holiday, its a handmade ornament. Well, not exactly handmade, but upscaled! I find starting with a tradition ornament base, really helps the process. For this technique I purchased a plastic globe ornament and then ran my Twinery Maraschino Twine through a little pool of white Elmers glue. Then comes the tricky part, gently wrapping the twine around your ornament. This takes some practice! Once you lay the twine on the ornament, if it moves its smudges the glue, so practice first. It’s easy to […]
