Are you gearing up for Halloween? It’s just a week away! We’re loading up the blog with fun ways to celebrate! I was originally going to make a bunch of Halloween tags for treat bags to share today, but decided they were too cute to part with. I mean… the kiddos are only focused on the candy right? So I decided to string them on a banner to hang in my crafty room! I used three strands of twine – two Charcoal, one Solid Charcoal. I wanted the hanger to be strong because I know I’ll be saving this to decorate next year too!
Here’s a close up of each of the tags….
My tags are lots of different bright colors so deciding which Twinery Twine to use was a bit of a delima – there’s lots of great colors, and I know I could find one for any of the colors on my tags. I decided to use the Charcoal since it’s a neutral and will go with any of the colors I used.I thought a spider would look good hanging from this web die cut tag! I threaded the spider charm on the twine and wrapped it around the tag several times and finished it with a bow. The charm is secure and she looks looks like she wove this web.I used lots of traditional Halloween images – a mummy, witch, ghost, and some fun bats too!
Don’t you love their silly eyes? I think they might be looking at you!
Last tag.. A cute mummy to wish you a Happy Halloween! Everything looks a little better with some Twinery Twine! What will you make today?
